Brandon Lake and His Wife’s Anniversary Song Will Make You Swoon

This is why Brandon and Brittany Lake are couple goals.

I remember watching Brandon Lake winning Artist of the Year at the 2023 Dove Awards. He brought up his wife Brittany Lake with him to accept his award and told her that it wouldn’t have been possible without her. Doesn’t that just make your heart melt?

Brandon decided to celebrate his wedding anniversary with Brittany by recreating one of his songs on his Coat of Many Colors album. Check this out.

So his song, “Nothing New” was re-recorded as the “Nothing New (I Do)” version. Not only did they record the music video in the chapel where they first got married but Brittany agreed to sing background vocals on the track!

I mean, if someone sang over me “What a joy what an honor that I can say, I get to wake up to your beautiful face,” I’d agree to sing a little tune along the way. This is truly such a sweet way to honor and commemorate their marriage.
