Brandon Lake & His Dad’s Family Leadership Podcast is a Must-Listen

Did you know that Brandon Lake is a preacher’s kid? (or lovingly known as a “P.K.”)

Mac Lake, Brandon’s dad has not only been a preacher for several years but is the founder of the organization known as “The Multiply Group.” This amazing ministry gives training and tons of resources to people who are planting or forming churches.

Brandon and Mac have collaborated to talk about generational leadership, or to put it in simpler terms, how to be a good leader for your family and church family. Which is something they definitely can learn from each other because they literally are family.

I’m trying to imagine creating a podcast with my dad and he probably would just want to show memes to make me laugh and then talk about Jesus. And that actually sounds pretty entertaining now that I think about it.

But anyway, check out a clip from this first episode where Mac and Brandon tackle the question: “What is your family’s mission?”

You can watch the video versions of the episodes on YouTube or find them wherever you get your podcasts! There are more episodes to come but here are the first two episodes for you to enjoy:

I feel like the idea of what it means to be a leader can get muddled in our minds. As Christians, we are called to be like Jesus. And we have His word to show us how to be like the best leader ever!

“Now these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ. This will continue until we all come to such unity in our faith and knowledge of God’s Son that we will be mature in the Lord, measuring up to the full and complete standard of Christ.” | Ephesians 4:11-13 (NLT)
