‘The Chosen’ Star Jonathan Roumie Talks About Jesus on The View

Jesus wept. And got angry. And felt everything you feel.

It’s hard to grasp that the Savior of the world was at one time in history- a human. Jesus is both fully divine and fully human. Beyond that thought, trying to portray His story through the lens of a camera seems like an impossible task.

“For in Christ lives all the fullness of God in a human body.” | Colossians 2:9

‘The Chosen’ is a dramatic retelling of the lives of Jesus and His disciples. The show has four seasons, 600 translations, and over 100 million views worldwide. Jonathan Roumie was invited to talk show ‘The View,’ to discuss the difficulties of portraying Jesus in this show. Check it out.

“I surrendered my entire life, my career, and everything I had up to that point, over to God.” | Jonathan Roumie

The amazing ministry found in this show has shared the gospel worldwide. I love how, as Jonathan described in this interview, the show aims to show humanness in these iconic Bible characters.  If you want more details on what’s to come and how to watch season 4 of ‘The Chosen’ tap here.
