Watch Tauren Wells performance of “Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays” by NSYNC at the 2021 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade!
Original Post
Tauren Wells recently shared on social media that he will be performing in the 2021 Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade. The artist will be making the 2.5 mile journey through the streets of New York City on the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store “Home Sweet Home” float.
Sharing the moving stage with high school bands, dance teams and 51 foot character balloons is fulfilling a dream that Tauren didn’t even know he had! Families have been gathering since the parade has first aired on television in 1946 to watch the parade as they prepare for their Thanksgiving feast. Tauren says that watching the parade is something he has done with his family for as long as he can remember.
Most of us feel that the Thanksgiving parade is a tradition that brings up memories of laughter and time spent with people we love. It’s part of taking a day to walk away from our normal activities and reflect on the things we are thankful for. Tauren is counting down the days and so are we!
The 95th annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade will air on Nov. 25 from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. in all time zones on NBC. Telemundo will simulcast the parade in Spanish. And for the first time, fans can also livestream coverage on Peacock. NBC will air an encore of the parade from 2-5 p.m. ET.
