Lauren Daigle is no stranger to big stages, but now, she’s brought her powerhouse voice to one of the most-watched events of the year—the Super Bowl!
Since this year’s game was held at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, the pre-game show was lined up with artists from Louisiana, including Jon Batiste, Trombone Shorty, and Grammy-winning Christian artist Lauren Daigle.
It’s no surprise she was chosen for this Super Bowl moment, because it’s not her first time singing from the field. In 2020, she took center field to deliver her jazzy rendition of the National Anthem at the College Football National Championship
She also performed a beautiful rendition of God Bless America at an Atlanta Braves game when she was first starting her career.
It’s exciting to see a Christian artist take the spotlight on such a massive platform. So, between Taylor Swift cameos, and weird commercials, this performance was the cherry on top! And catch the list we made last year of artists we thought would make it to the Super Bowl! ⬇️
