Tauren Wells + Skillet = Iconic

This was not on our bingo card for 2024. Tauren Wells and John Cooper from Skillet came together with an amazing cover of Tauren’s song “Take It All Back.”

They also released the collab to spotify and other music streaming services after their performance.

Unsung Hero Wins Feature Film of the Year

The family behind for KING + COUNTRY brought their powerful story to the big screen, delivering a message that has the potential to impact the world. It was no surprise when this heartfelt movie was recognized as Film of the Year, resonating with moms everywhere and leaving a lasting legacy for generations to come.

A Tribute Performance for Christian Music Legends

Tauren Wells took a heartfelt pause to play a voice memo from the late Mandisa, who sadly passed away this year.

“[Mandisa] will be greatly missed along with all of the other friends and family we’ve lost this year and loved so deeply. It’s a sobering reminder that our words carry so much weight. Your words can be some of the most valuable things you can leave behind. Let’s all remember to reach out to those we love.” | Tauren Wells

Following this emotional moment, Natalie Grant delivered a powerful performance of “My Tribute (To God Be The Glory)” in honor of Mandisa, Gabe Patillo, Chris Chicago, The Nelons, and others we’ve lost. It was a deeply emotional moment that highlighted the impact these individuals had on the Christian music community.

The Wally Show had the chance to do the headphones challenge and the results are pretty hilarious…

It is amazing to give honor where honor is due and celebrate how God uses these musicians to spread hope. Here’s what Forrest Frank had to say when he won New Artist of the Year.

“I want to continue to give Jesus glory. My name will fade away just like all of ours one day, but at the end of time and for all of eternity, one name will remain – Jesus Christ.” | Forrest Frank
