From: Hope NationDolly Parton is a legend.
Not only has she made some of the best country music out there, but she also happened to write two of her biggest songs, “I Will Always Love You” and “Jolene,” on the very same day.
Lately, Dolly Parton continues to prove she really can do anything. After teaming up with Zach Williams last year for “There Was Jesus,” Dolly Parton made it on the top 10 CCM charts for the first time in her career. Wow.
But this isn’t the first time Dolly Parton has sung about her faith. If you love “There Was Jesus,” check out these other faith-filled songs Dolly has performed.
1.) Mary Did You Know?
2.) Heaven Let Your Shine Down
3.) He’s Alive
4.) God Only Knows
5.) What a Friend We Have in Jesus
6.) Jesus & Gravity
