By the time I went to counseling, it wasn’t because I was desperate. It was because my wife was. Honestly, I know it’s been good for us, but I still hate it. I like to ignore my feelings and move on. Our counselor doesn’t let me do that. Although it’s been a painful process, these songs (not all Christian) have helped me process the pain counseling uncovers.
