Day 17: You’re Free to Choose!

It’s hard not to overspirtiualize our goals. Telling people, “God told me to set this goal,” is usually an easy way for us not to explore why we made the goal. Also, not every goal has to be super spiritual.

“Christ gives us freedom for freedom’s sake.” Why is that important? It means we get to creatively choose the good we do in the world. As long as our motive is to love God and love people, we can keep growing, learning, and making more goals to better the world around us.

“So Christ has truly set us free. Now make sure that you stay free, and don’t get tied up again in slavery to the law.” Galatians 5:1
