It looks like someone has big plans for 2025…
Time to put on your sleuthing skills because we’ve got another cryptic Instagram post to decode. In December, Franni Rae Cash Cain, formerly from We the Kingdom posted these photos with the caption “tell a friend to tell a friend.”

In the first photo, Franni appears to be wearing in-ear monitors—gear typically used by musicians, worship leaders, and performers during concerts. Could this mean she’s rejoining We the Kingdom? Or is she hinting at the start of a solo career?
Both possibilities make sense. Franni has the talent and charisma to thrive as a solo artist, and “Franni Cash” would be a fitting tribute to her father, Ed Cash, who co-founded We the Kingdom in 2018. When Franni stepped away from the band last year, the group continued to tour, and Ed shared his perspective on the transition in this Songs From a Mug interview. ⬇️
Even during her time apart from the band, Franni stayed active in the music world. She recorded a verse for Jeremy Camp’s song “These Days,” released in April, and opened up in an interview about her love for music and acting.
It looks like Franni has been an ensemble member in The Walking Dead before and got cast in a survival thriller called Hazel which should be released this year.
Could we see her back with the band, launching her solo career, or something entirely unexpected? One thing’s for sure: Franni is faithfully following God’s calling for her life, and we’re here to cheer her on every step of the way.
What do you think Franni’s big plans could be?
